"description": "#### **KUS Marine Analog Rudder Angle Indicator / Rudder Position Indicator, Small 52mm – Safe Maneuvering Control for Your Boat**\n\nKeep a perfect eye on the exact angle of your rudder or Z-drive at all times right from the cockpit! The compact analog **KUS rudder angle indicator** provides you with immediate and reliable feedback on the position of your stern rudder right at the helm. An absolutely indispensable navigation aid when maneuvering in the harbor, docking in reverse, or traveling slowly through narrow, fast-moving waterways.\n\nThis compact round gauge features the**standard 52 mm (2\") mounting diameter** and can be seamlessly retrofitted into existing instrument panels. The polished **bezel made of high-purity AISI 316 stainless steel (NIRO)** and the fog-free glass guarantee maximum durability at sea.\n\n---\n\n#### ⚠️ **Important Note on Transducer & Ohm Compatibility:**\n\nTo ensure your rudder angle indicator measures accurately, the ohm range must match the installed sensor exactly. Please select the appropriate version for your boat’s system above:\n\n- **0–190 ohms:** The European standard, ideally suited for the classic KUS transom rudder transducer (transom mounting via linkage).\n- **87–900 ohms:** The specialized characteristic curve, perfectly tailored for KUS transducers mounted directly on the boat’s steering hydraulic cylinder.\n\n---\n\n#### **Advantages & Technical Highlights at a Glance:**\n\n- **Compact 52-mm design:** Space-saving installation at any helm station without cluttering the cockpit design.\n- **100% Waterproof (IP67):** The front of the dial is certified as completely dust- and waterproof to **IP67** standards. The double-layered, reinforced anti-fog glass reliably prevents fogging during extreme temperature changes.\n- **Dual operating voltage:** Can be used directly in **12-volt and 24-volt** vehicle electrical systems without additional ballast components.\n- **Two-Color Backlighting:** When wiring, you can flexibly choose between bright **red or yellow LED lighting** —to match the look of the rest of your cockpit.\n\n---\n\n#### 🛠️ **Accessory tip from Tenten-Boats:**\n\nStill looking for the right sensor? Order the rugged **KUS rudder position sensor (0–190 ohms)** or the **KUS hydraulic** cylinder **sensor (87–900 ohms)** right along with it.\n\n---\n\n#### **Technical Data (Specifications):**\n\n**Feature**\n**Specification / Value**\n\n**Manufacturer / Brand**\nKUS\n\n**Model Series**\nSea V (Small Rudder Angle Indicator)\n\n**Mounting Diameter**\n52 mm (2 inches)\n\n**Display Range**\nSTBD (Starboard) 40° - PORT (Port) 40°\n\n**Input Signals (Variants)**\n0–190 ohms (standard) or 87–900 ohms (hydraulic)\n\n**Bezel Material**\nAISI 316 stainless steel (NIRO)\n\n**Front Protection Rating**\nIP67 (water- and dust-tight)\n\n**Operating voltage**\n12 V / 24 V DC",
