KUS Marine Analog Pitot Tube Speedometer / Speed Gauge 85 mm – Classic Speed Display

Measure your speed on the water with absolute reliability and in classic style using water pressure! The analog KUS dynamic pressure speedometer provides you with a responsive readout of your current speed right at the helm. It’s the ideal instrument for classic pleasure boats, planing boats, and inflatable boats, displaying your speed precisely and independently of electronic GPS signals right in the cockpit.

The instrument features the standardmarine mounting diameter of 85 mm (3 3/8") and fits perfectly into existing cutouts. The polished bezel, made of high-purity AISI 316 stainless steel (NIRO), withstands the harsh, salty sea air in the cockpit over the long term.

⚠️ Important Note on Connection & Measurement Range:

KUS dynamic pressure speedometers operate using a purely mechanical pressure signal (Pitot system). Please select the appropriate measurement range for your boat from the options above:

0–35 mph / 60 km/h: Ideal for classic displacement boats, sailboats, and medium-speed motorboats.
0 - 55 mph / 100 km/h: The perfect choice for fast sport boats, planing boats, and high-performance inflatable boats.

Included in the package: Operation requires a standard pitot tube (pitot probe) at the stern and an air hose (sold separately), which plugs directly into the back of the instrument.

Advantages & Technical Highlights at a Glance:

Dual scaling (mph & km/h): Conveniently read speed in knots/miles per hour as well as in the European kilometer standard.
100% Waterproof (IP67): The front of the dial is completely dust- and waterproof according to IP67. The double-layered, reinforced anti-fog glass ensures a clear view even on humid days.
Universal Power Supply (for Lighting): Suitable for **12-volt and 24-volt** onboard systems to power the integrated cockpit LEDs.
Adjustable Backlighting: When wiring, you can flexibly choose between bright red or yellow LED lighting.
